Former hiplife musician and rapper, Lord Kenya, now an evangelist, had added his voice to the recent ‘beefs’ that has erupted in the Ghanaian music industry.

Commenting on the issue, he said that ‘beefs’ help the industry to grow but it has dire consequences as it was seen in the Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G case.

“…, at the end of the day, if you say Lord Kenya, people don’t remember me for the songs I did out of ‘beefs’ but rather, they remember me for the songs I did that really helped people,…, so these musicians should make sure that at the end of the day, they would be remembered for something good”, he advised.

Evangelist Lord Kenya, thank you for your advice and we hope our artistes act accordingly.
