For some time now, our Ghanaian movie industry is on a high decline. There has been various comments by most relevant industry people, a host of them attributing it to finances.
In recent interview, beautiful and well-endowed popular Ghanaian actress, Martha Ankomah made jaw-dropping serious revelations about the Ghanaian movie industry.
“…, sometimes we even shoot movies and we don’t get paid”, Martha Ankomah said.
She attributed the decline to our various television stations flooding our screen with a lot of Mexican soaps and Hindi series.
She made emphasis on the fact that the number of cinemas in the country is very limited, to which she cited Nigeria for having a cinema in every state.
She again called on investors to help build and strengthen the movie industry.
