Some gangsters in the Asafo community in Kumasi have sent a strong warning to the military personnel who are enroute Accra and Kumasi to enforce the lockdown directive.

The president of Ghana, Nana Addo announced a 14-day lockdown in some municipalities in the Greater Accra, Central and Ashanti regions in a bid to check the rapid spread of the deadly Coronavirus.

But the young gangsters upon seeing videos of the law enforcers onl ine getting ready to get on the streets to make sure Ghanaians stay put in their various homes as instructed by the president got agitated and sent stong warning to the task force.

According to them, the cities, municipalities and the hoods belong to them hence the military can’t show them anything. They can do what they want so they do not intend to stay indoors during the lockdown.
