Talented Ghanaian Afrobeat musician, Kelvin Brown who is widely known in showbiz as Kelvyn Boy has spoken about the problem he has with the award schemes in Ghana.
The DOWN FLAT hitmaker gave details as to why he has a problem with these numerous schemes that award musicians for their hard work.
He made this known during an interview on EIB Network’s Takoradi-based radio station, Empire FM with the renowned Ghanaian media personality, Hertilicious.

Speaking about his problem with the award schemes, he indicated that these schemes nominate only Nigerian artists adding no Ghanaian artiste in the AFRICAN ARTIST OF THE YEAR category.
In his view, Ghanaians are also Africans so he would expect himself or other Ghanaian musicians to be nominated for that category. According to him, he tries so hard to comprehend why these schemes always choose to give that to only the Nigerians.

Kelvyn Boy has been in the news lately after it was alleged that he has subjected his baby mama to severe beatings. Due to this, he was reportedly arrested, however, he was granted bail as the matter is still at the police station pending investigations.
