Public Relations Officer of Charterhouse, George Quaye has  disclosed that they won’t go to Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy’s house with taskforce for the VGMAS plaques.

Charterhouse has asked both of them to return their plaques since they’ve been stripped off the awards they won on the night.

When asked on Peace FM, whether they would go with Taskforce to retrieve their plaques;

He said,

“No, if they don’t bring it, we won’t go to Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy’s house with taskforce for the VGMAS plaques; if they are law abiding citizens & have respect for the schemes, then they should bring the plaques themselves”

George Quaye also revealed the winners were not determined solely by the votes and so it was out of place for voters to request for their monies.

“Let’s not forget the winners were not solely determined by the votes by the fans. What about the board and academy who left their various assignments to vote on who wins. What about the artists who didn’t win.Did their fans come out asking for their monies?, he quizzed.

He continued; “If you apply for Visa and they bounce you, they don’t give you your money back. We won’t give your monies back to you  “

This ban follows an incident that happened at the VGMAS; while Stonebwoy was on stage to receive an award he had won, Shatta Wale and this boys then stood up, and moved onto the stage, then a fight broke up and there was a pull of a gun too.
