Talented Ghanaian musician, Wendy Asiamah Addo who is widely known as Wendy Shay has attained another feat in her enviable music career.
It could be recalled that the award-winning musician released her survivor track just some months ago and already the track is proving to be a hit.
As we speak, the track has been streamed over 68 million times on various music streaming platforms. She made this known in a recent post that reads;
“Thank you for streaming Survivor 🙏🏾
Over 68 million streams across these platforms
#grateful #SHAYGANG“
This comes after the track garnered some massive recognition from music lovers and became the number one viral song on Spotify in South Africa a few weeks ago.
The renowned musician was born to Mr & Mrs. Addo on 20 February 1996 and after the death of her father, she relocated to Stuttgart, Germany with her three siblings.
Her love of music grew after she lost her father when she was four years old. She started her education in Ghana where she attended Morning Star School and St Martin de Porres in Accra before relocating to Stuttgart.
She is a trained Nurse by profession, worked as a Midwife in the clinical field, and until she moved to Ghana to pursue her musical dreams.
