Actress Lydia Forson reacting to the E-levy taking effect asked what changed as she recounts how the president led the Kume Preko demonstration against VAT some years ago and today he’s doing the same.
The E-levy tax is one that almost every Ghanian is against in the country especially now that things are getting hard and there’s the rise in commodities making life very difficult for most of us in the country and Lydia Forson has taken us back in time while reacting to it.
Lydia Forson reacting to that asked what changed as she recounts how the president led the Kume Preko against VAT some years ago and today he’s doing the same thing as a president killing the citizens with taxes almost every blessed day.

According to her, it’s still hard for her to believe that our president led the Kume Preko against VAT because of the high cost of living, and over 25yrs later, he’s justifying E-levy at a time when people are barely making ends meet, asking what changed.
Lydia Forson and so many others are right to think that power change person, especially at this moment when things are hard yet someone who was against the high cost of living some years back is defending it this time around since he’s the one putting us in such a situation.
