Shatta Wale is apparently getting fed up with the constant criticisms concerning his type of music. His critics often say his song lacks content and it’s full of noise.

His newest song for instance has great visuals but it’s lyrically bankrupt, says the critics. But the multiple-award winning artiste said he does those ‘jama’ songs, as people label it, to the African market because that’s what they demand whilst on the other hand, he delivers what the international market wants.

In his latest post concerning this same subject, Shatta Wale his style of music is not Afro Dancehall but strictly Dancehall.

Perhaps he made this because the ongoing debate the lyrics for his Gringo song.
