Netizens have called out some New Patriotic Party Members of Parliament who they believed had betrayed the NPP in the Speaker of Parliament Election.

The competition happened between former speaker Michael Oquaye from (NPP) and former MP Alban Bagbin (NDC) of which netizens were expecting a run-off or referundum.
However, the vote counted with in favour of Alban Bagbin from the NDC who becomes the next speaker of the 8th parliament in Ghana.
Many netizens have been wondering who betrayed the NPP party to allow the NDC to with the speaker of parliament
