Youth activist and anti-corruption campaigner, Twene Jonas has tackled fast-rising Ghanaian hip-hop act Black Sherif over his choice of stage name.

Twene Jonas who is known for using vituperation as his major artillery to slam politicians to do the right thing for the benefit of the ordinary citizen, wondered why Sherif chose this stage name in a new video making rounds on the internet.

He reminded him that in the US, a sheriff is a police offcier found in communities in the US.

According to Wikipedia, a sheriff is a government official, with varying duties, existing in some countries with historical ties to England where the office originated.

There is an analogous, although independently developed, office in Iceland that is commonly translated to English as sheriff.

Twene who acted as though he has never heard of Black Sherif’s name before, made gestures which suggested that the rapper is dumb for getting himself a name like this. Watch the video below;

In other news, Stonebwoy has linked up with Kendrick Lamar as depicted in this cute photo after they posed for the camera together.

The popular rhymer and one of the best MCs in the history of Hiphop is in Ghana to promote his latest studio album, ‘Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers.’

In the meantime, fans have emerged to share their opinion about the photo as they think a possible collab could be refracted on the plain mirror of an international project, given that Stonebwoy always ceases opportunity to have international stars on his songs.
