Actress Lydia Forson has joined the conversation about the Ghana Tourism Authority ‘stealing’ the intellectual property of Kirani Ayat asking who the agency that gave them the permission is.

The Ghana Tourism Authority in their defense after Kirani Ayat called them out for using his song GUDA without his consent claimed an agency they contracted gave them the right to use the song and the question now is who the said agency is.

According to Lydia Forson, they are quick in and bold in everything else so they should just give a name to the said agency for the conversation to continue since they are trying to tell us that they have done nothing wrong because they got the permission to use the song.

In other news, a Twitter post that we sighted indicated that the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo has been accused of using a Ghanaian musician’s work without his permission.

The musician at the center of this controversy Kirani Ayat and according to him, he even reached out to the government for support, however, he did not get it. Ghanaian musician Kirani Ayat said he had reached out to the government for support but he was turned down.” The post got the attention of the most-decorated Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo who is known as Sarkodie.
