Rwandan president, President Paul Kagame has raised some concerns over the fact that Africans can’t pay back loans with monies but with mineral resources.
Paul Kagame seems to be having problems with how the foreign countries are still colonising Africa indirectly.
In a recent submission, he said;
“Why should someone print paper and hand them over to us(Africa) as money and let us payback, not with a paper which we also have a right to print? I have come to the realization that this is an act of modern slavery and colonization.”
