In a sad report, a hospital director in the Chinese metropolis of Wuhan has been confirmed dead. Per reports, he died after he was diagnosed with Coronavirus.

Wuhan is noted to be the epicentre of the deadly Coronavirus. This hospital director identified as Liu Zhiming, reportedly died from infection of the new coronavirus, according to reports on microblogging site, Weibo.

His death comes as more medical personnel on the front lines of China’s battle against Covid-19 are falling ill with the disease.Reports last week suggested that more than 1,700 medical workers have been infected, and at least six have reportedly died.
