Ghanaian musician and entrepreneur, DBlack has made it known that an individual can survive by doing only music in Ghana.

The Black Avenue boss made this known in a recent interview he had with the renowned Ghanaian show host and presenter, Giovanni Caleb.

Appearing on TV3’s flagship Friday night entertainment show, DBlack spoke about his career and how he has been able to be relevant in the music industry for over a decade.

In the interview, he was asked if an individual can survive in Ghana doing only music and he answered in the affirmative.

To make his point, he went ahead to mention some names like S3fa, Kuami Eugene, King Promise, and KiDi adding that these people are doing music as a full time job to make life better for them.

DBlack is considered an anglophone hip-hop and Afrobeat musician and entrepreneur and Forbes Africa described him in their May 2019 issue as one of Ghana’s most successful music moguls and “a creative in the numbers game”.

The renowned musician is one of the people who have changed the narrative with music as he has been able to amass massive recognition and wealth through music. He has also been able to retain his standards by involving himself in active music for over a decade.
