Popular Ghanaian rapper, Darlington Kwasi Agyekum, well known in showbiz scenes as DCryme has advised up-and-coming artists to venture into music because of the passion they have for it and not any other reason.

Gone were the days where our forefathers do music just because of the love they have for the craft and also to entertain others. In present times, the venture has become a business, thus anyone who ventures into the craft because of the money involved in it.

Musicians have been advised to view music as a business venture, thus they need to invest their resources, time, and energy in making more profit out of it.

Speaking in a recent interview with Hammer Nti on Pure FM, DCryme stated that musicians must learn to love their crafts before any other thing. He said that all other benefits involved in making music should be secondary as the love for the craft becomes the primary and most important thing.

In other news, Adelaide The Seer, born Adelaide Naa Borley Bortier Afutu has disclosed that she is no longer working with the musical duo, DopeNation.

According to Adelaide, her encounter with the twin brothers was a contract but it has ended and now she is no longer working with them as we thought. She revealed that the twin brother launched an initiative to help five upcoming artists and she was the first to be chosen among the list.

During an interview with Elsie Lamar of GhanaWeb fame, Adelaide The Seer revealed that after her first collabo with the twins on her “Wire Me” song went viral and another song which they are yet to release, she parted ways with them.
