Recall that back in 2017, Okoro in an exclusive interview with Joy News’ MzGee, indicated that her grudge with fellow actress Yvonne Nelson was irrelevant. ‘It is over. After a while, you will sit down and start to think, why are we even fighting? It doesn’t even make sense. It is so unnecessary,’ she disclosed.

I picked up my phone and said Yvonne, where are you? ‘She said, ei what’s up?’…I said… you want me to come over or you wanna come over to my house? She said I can come over. She came over and that was it, Yvonne Okoro narrated.

Well, fast forward and on the same Atuu show, Yvonne stated that she won’t be pressured to marry and would only marry when the time is right. According to her, the rate of divorce in the country was very high, and in order not to add to the numbers, it was best to take her time and marry the right man.

‘I don’t believe in rushing into marriage and getting divorced. Then what’s the point of me getting married in the first place? I want to be happy with my man who would love me for who I am,’ she said.
