In a road accident on Saturday, six adults and two children reportedly died at Urkhuosa area on the Benin Ekpoma-Auchi road.
The terrible incident happened between an articulate truck and a Toyota Haice bus. It was also gathered that one vehicle dangerously overtook another vehicle which led to the head-on collision with the approaching vehicle.

An eyewitness reported that eight people died suddenly and the injured ones were rushed to the hospital.

Mr Henry Benamaisia, Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Edo Command disclosed that eight people lost their lives as the other four persons who were rushed to the hospital suffered severe injuries.
