A young man identified as Shola Oguntuase has been remanded for allegedly raping a fourteen-year-old girl.
He will be at the Correctional Centre, Ado-Ekiti.
The suspect committed the alleged atrocity on June 7 in Ire-Ekiti in Ekiti State.
During the trial, the prosecutor asked the court to remand the defendant in the correctional center as he awaits legal advice from the office of Director of Public Prosecution (DPP).
The Magistrate heard the call of the prosecutor and remanded the suspect with the case adjourned until August 3.
