Premier League club, Arsenal has sympathized with victims of Lekki shooting, which occurred on Tuesday night.

The innocent protesters were killed by military men at the Lekki tollgate in Lagos. The protesters, mostly youth were protesting against police brutality in the country.

The club’s message reads, “To our Nigerian fans, we see you, we feel you. We have read our replies, we have seen the footage. We cannot imagine the pain. Our thoughts are with everyone in Nigeria. Stay strong, stay safe.”
