Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has congratulated the North East and South zones of his political party, PDP for holding a successful congress on the emergence of zonal executives.
In a post sighted on his Twitter page, Atiku called for unity among his party faithfuls for victory in the 2023 presidential elections.
His tweet read:
Congratulations to the North East and South-South zones of the @OfficialPDPNig for successful congresses and the emergence of zonal executives.
I acknowledge the great work of our governors, federal and state lawmakers, stakeholders and members of our great party towards the success of these congresses.
More than ever before, we need to enthrone unity, party supremacy and internal democracy and cohesion as a deliberate policy to attaining victory in 2023.
