Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has reacted to the sudden loss of his bosom friend and ex-police boss Muhammadu Jimeta.
After news broke out about the death of Muhammadu Jimeta, Atiku took to his twitter page to morun the loss of his beloved brother. Atiku described him as an unbiased commentator on local and global issues and a patriot and steward leader as they shared their friendship for many decades.
His tweet read as: I received with deep shock the loss of my bosom friend, ex-police boss Muhammadu Jimeta. He was a super cop, a patriot and a steward leader. He was a friend of many decades; and an unbiased commentator on local and global issues, who gave his all in service to his fatherland.
On behalf of my family, I commiserate with the Gambo Jimeta family, the Adamawa Emirate, the people of Adamawa State and Nigeria as a whole. May Allah (SWT) forgive his sins and grant him Aljannah Firdaus.
