On Friday, 29th July, 2022, popular Nigerian content creator, Carter Efe who’s known for his obsession for Wizkid
released an amazing piece of music dubbed, ‘Machala’ featuring young emerging singer, Berri Tiga.
The beautifully crafted single in less than 24 hours after the its release started trending on the bird app rising through the ranks to lead Apple Music Top 100 Music Chart in Nigeria. Screenshot below.
Carter Efe has been hit with an unfortunate news as his song featuring Berri Tiga which is arguably one of the biggest songs in 2022 has been removed from Apple Music and Spotify platforms worldwide.
The chart topping tune is still available for streaming on online video sharing and social media platform, YouTube. There has been no official communication from Carter Efe’s camp as to why this is the case.

MEANWHILE: Raving Nigerian musician and performing artiste, Ahmed Ololade, known by his stage name, Asake is set to serve the music community with his maiden studio album.
Captioned, ‘Mr. Money With The Vibe’, the YBNL Nation superstar earlier revealed that, the upcoming studio album will be available for purchase and streaming on all digital music stores from Friday, September 9, 2022.
In anticipation of the body of work, the outstanding recording and performing artiste has released the official track-list for the forthcoming project which was entirely mixed and mastered by Magicsticks, with Olamide Badoo providing the full A&R for this album.
‘Mr. Money With The Vibe’ houses 12 tracks and with 3 already released song, ‘Peace Be Unto You,’ ‘Terminator,’ and ‘Sungba (Remix) featuring Burna Boy’. A collaboration with American rapper, Russ would also be on project as the 10th track dubbed, ‘Reason.’
