A video-making round on social media has reported that China, a country in East Asia has manufactured an artificial sun to warm the weather.
The video was shared on Twitter by a blog that showed how the artificial sun was hoisted in the sky while people gathered were seen videoing it.

After the video was shared, social media users began to comment on the video questioning if it was real or not. Naomi Wu, who is a Chinese DIY maker and internet personality and also an advocate of women in STEM, transhumanism, open-source hardware, and body modification also took to the comment section and confirmed it.
She tweeted in the comment section, “Yeah, I’m in China this is 100% real. It’s winter so the extra sun has been pretty sweet, a little dimmer, and more yellow than the old one but I hear they’re working on it.
