Ace Nigerian comedian, Alibaba has advised Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote not to buy English Premier League club, Arsenal FC now.

In an interview with Punch Online’s ‘Stars Talk Football’, Alibaba said buying stakes in the London club would not be a fruitful venture for him and his colleague Senator Orji Kalu.

He described the players in Arsenal FC as kindergarten, and he will have little influence in the selection of the player since it is the coach who makes the decision.

Speaking in the interview, comedian Alibaba said;

Yes, Dangote can afford to buy Arsenal or any other club after his refinery project. I think it is a commercial move, not to develop our (local) sport.

I like the idea of Aliko buying the gunners. But if he buys these kindergarten players, he won’t make his money. I hope that he buys Arsenal, but the influence of an owner is limited. The coach makes the major decisions that help the club to grow.
