Singer Davido has carpeted DJ Maphorisa for giving Amapiano’s success in Africa credit to Wizkid and Burna Boy after a fan claimed Davido brought it to Africa and made it a success.
A fan reacting to the new song of Wizkid said Davido brought Amapiano from South Africa 2yrs ago and made it a successful genre in Africa and beyond and now Wizkid is hoping on it after Davido made it a success and this is how most African artists are benefiting from Davido.
DJ Maphorisa reacting to that tried correcting the fan saying he and Kabza were the first to put Wizkid and Burna Boy on an Amapiano song that was a historical movement 3yrs ago and it was the first time Wizkid and Burna Boy jumped on the same song together hence the fan of Davido should do research before tweeting.
Davido reacts to that carpeted DJ Maphorisa saying he has never liked him and he wonders why even though he (Davido) has always been good to him as he asks him to go away now and we believe that means Davido isn’t going to be nice as he has been to him.
