Nigerian singer and songwriter Timaya has called out veteran musician Eedris Abdulkareem and slammed on social media after the latter took a swipe at the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo.
Mr. Festus Keyamo has dragged Eedris Abdulkareem after he did a diss song ‘Senior Advocate of Nonsense’ aimed at castigating the politician.
Eedris Abdulkareem claimed in the song that Mr. Festus is one of the cabals killing the country.
Wading into this, Timaya has blasted Eedris as he recounted how that Eedris never paid for his services w hen he was a back-up artist for him.
In a video shared online, the ‘Dem Mama’ crooner described him a dirty looking wee-smoker and urged him to go and work.
Here’s what he said;
“I was your back up artist and you did not appreciate me. You regarded me like a nobody, I paid my transport to your shows because I was learning. You have never paid me one day.
You disregard people, how many people don blow through you”,“Where are all the people that were with you before? You come on social media, where the f**k are you? Don’t blame people, Go and work. Dirty looking Igbo smoker“
