Fast rising Nigerian recording artiste and songwriter, Mr Raw returns with another beautifully crafted record which he titles; “Nwa Calabar”.
With production credit to Luminary Beatz, the singer teams up with budding Nigerian afrobeats singer and “Ever Bounce” crooner, Christopher Omenye, professionally called Yung L to discharge this masterpiece.
“Nwa Calabar” was mixed and mastered by Extraordinaire. It was released under the imprint of RawDeal Entertainment, a record label founded by Mr Raw himself.
The Eastern iconic musician is recognized as one of the piooners of Afrohighlife and Igbo rap. He has worked with numerous artists including; Flavour, Duncan Mighty, Phyno, Illbliss, 2Face, M-Josh, Hype MC, BosaLin, Slowdog, among others.
Mr Raw’s video; “O! Chukwu” won the best afro hip hop video at the Nigerian Music Video Awards in 2010.
