Veteran Nigerian actor, Olaniyi Raji, better known as Baba Atoli has passed on after battling an undisclosed ailment.
The demise of the renowned Nollywood actor was made known by his colleague Foluke Daramola in a post via her official social media page in the early hours of Thursday, 23rd June 2022.
The award winning actress, Foluke shared a photo of Baba Atoli on her verified Instagram captioned; “Sad we lost baba Atoli. Such a shame”. Friends of the late actor took to social media to send their condolence to the bereaved family

Prior to his death of the actor, Baba Atoli pleaded for financial support to aid him treat himself. His colleague, Foluke Daramola also on several occasions posted videos of the late actor, asking for support.
