Doyin Okupe Tenders An Apology To Igbos Over His Comment About 'Igbo Presidency'

Former presidential aid Doyin Okupe has tendered an apology to Igbos over his comment of the presidency not possible until they apologize.

According to him, the national census for the Igbo presidency cannot evolve until the core north forgives the Igbos for the killing of Sardauna of Sokoto.

To him, the Igbos cannot produce a president in Nigeria until the north forgives them for killing Sardauna of Sokoto by Nigerian soldiers of Igbo extraction in the 1966 Coup.

He then later tendered an open apology to Igbos and other Nigerians who felt offended by his post saying he never meant to hurt or demean the Igbos.
