“Not at all why should I feel sad because everything has to do with time and me I don’t see anything as a competition.

“Hitmaker was hitmaker when myself and Kuami Eugene were both contestants but now we are doing our job to fulfill our purpose here in life,” he said in an interview on Kastle FM based in Cape Coast.

“Just like you said I won the hitmaker competition but fast-forward Kuami Eugene has won VGMA Artiste of the Year so where should the sadness be,” he stated on the show.

“When it’s time for me to also win which surely I know one day I’ll win it so there’s no need for me to be sad but I’m actually happy because for somebody that we started together and has won big that should rather motivate me,” he ended.
