This was after the SM Empire boss pleaded guilty to all the charges leveled against him in court. He was charged with causing fear and panic and also publishing fake news.

In October 2021, news trickled in that the musician has been shot by some unknown persons at East Legon. This was after the musician was prophesied by a man of God by the name of Jesus Ahuofe that he will be shot dead on that faithful day.

It appears that Shatta Wale faked the entire shooting incident with an aim of eradicating false doom prophecies from the country. He was arrested alongside some of his crew members who reportedly played a part in his plan including the man of God who made that prophecy.

Shatta Wale was granted a GHc100,000 bail after he was remanded into police custody for seven days.

Well, the court has finally given its verdict on Shatta Wale’s case, fining him an amount of GHc2000 after he pleaded guilty to the charges leveled against him.

In a post he made on his Twitter page, Shatta Wale expressed his undying gratitude to his lawyer, the judge, and his entire Shatta Movement empire for the support they gave him throughout his trying times.

He wrote: FREE AT LAST Being thankful and expressing gratitude is an important part of being happy in life. I wish to take this opportunity to say thank you to my Lawyer , Jerry, the Judge , Shatta Movement and the entire nation for the support through these trying times. #OnGod
