George Floyd’s death has caused massive protest around the US especially Minneapolis and as a result, a police station has been set on fire by protestors.
These protesters burnt the Minneapolis police station and videos circulating shows how cheering protesters broke into a police precinct after the department abandoned it. They set it on fire.
Confirming the incident to journalists, a police spokesperson said they had evacuated the 3rd precinct station, which covers the area of Minneapolis where Floyd was detained.
