Renowned Nigerian recording and performing artiste, Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko, better known as Adekunle Gold has revealed why he had recently gotten a tattoo.

The father of one in a mail, disclosed the motive behind his new tattoo and how important the tattoo is to him as an individual. According to him, he had always wanted to get a tattoo but was afraid until his recent trip to US where he gathered courage to have it.

The mail revealed: “Back to my tattoo, I pondered about it for a while, for a few years actually. I have tweeted it so many times that I was going to get one but I was afraid as heck lol and I would always ask myself this “Adekunle why do you want to draw on your body?” It wasn’t until this Miami trip that I connected the dots”

Adekunle Gold revealed that he had gotten his tattoo on his lower right arm and why it is important to him. “My tattoo is on my lower right arm and it’s a bamboo growing out of a lotus flower. It symbolises strength and resilience and the ability to rise above all and any adversity. That’s the story I have chosen to tell the world about Adekunle. A boy who refused to back down when no one believed in him, a boy who was so sure of his potential that no adversary could hold him down. A boy who pushed and charged forward towards his dreams until he achieved them”

MEANWHILE: Iconic Nigerian rapper and performing artiste, Jude Lemfani Abaga, known within the showbiz circles as M.I Abaga is set to bless the airwaves with his next album.

The heavyweight Nigerian rap artiste and entertainer, M.I. Abaga, now known as The Guy is set to discharge a new star-studded body of work captioned; “The Guy” and it will be one of his best projects.

He told the show’s host, Ebuka, that the upcoming body of work had guest appearances from Nas, Wande Coal, BNXN, Olamide, Phyno, Duncan Mighty, Phyno, the Cavemen, Jesse Jag and Ice Prince.

M.I Abaga recently changed his stage name from MI Abaga to ‘The Guy’ as a build-up to his self-titled upcoming album, ’The Guy’. Well, his former record label, Chocolate City in a post has announced the official release date for the project.

According to a post via their (Chocolate City) verified page, the impending album has been scheduled to arrive on Friday, 19th August 2022 on all streaming platforms. See screenshot below.
