Socialite Akuapem Poloo has disclosed that the main reason he converted to Islam is for her son not to question her when he grows up and that she also wants him to be a full Muslim.
Akuapem Poloo has disclosed that her son is a Muslim because his father is a Muslim and to prevent him from questioning her as to why he wasn’t brought up in the Muslim faith/religion, she decided to convert and help him grow up as a full Muslim.
According to her, she can’t take her son to Muslim lessons/classes or events to learn when she herself is not a Muslim hence to prevent being questioned by his son as to why she didn’t train him in the Muslim religion, Akuapem Poloo decided to convert and make things easy for his son.
Today, we get to know that the main reason Akuapem Poloo converted to Islam is to make her son happy when he grows not to blame or question her about some things and even though some people might not understand, these are some of the sacrifices mothers make without thinking about it.
