Ghanaian musician, KiDi has opened up about what he goes through before coming on stage to perform.

The popular and award-winning musician made this known during a recent interview he had on the popular Ghanaian radio station, Hitz FM.

In his submission, he said;

“Performing to a new crowd is challenging. We have been through the ways to perfect our crafts as performing artists.

I always get nervous five minutes before I jump on stage. I sometimes contemplate walking or running to the stage.”

In the same interview, he revealed that DJs have earned his maximum respect after he decided to venture into their craft.

This comes after Hitz FM’s Andy Dosty called him out for learning how to DJ. Andy Dosty said that Kidi

has disrespected all DJs by learning their craft in addition to his craft as a musician.

Speaking in an interview on the Daybreak Hitz morning segment, Kidi lauded DJ Vyrusky for teaching him how to DJ. He said that the procedure was very tough for him at the beginning but upon learning a few things after the craft, he had massive respect for DJs.

He added that DJs are doing a lot of work on the account that the procedures involved in their craft is very challenging.
