Most celebrities or public figures are fond of not repeating clothes because they believe people look up to them for all that and others just do that because they don’t want to be mocked for repeating clothes.
Neo with the lifestyle he’s living now has lamented over the fact that he has a lot of clothes that he might not wear again because he has become a public figure and probably doesn’t want to be mocked by others for repeating clothes.

But with Neo, he can still repeat clothes as he’s not the social media type that posts almost all his life on social media but we have no idea why he’s punishing himself with not repeating clothes and now is lamenting over it on social media.
