Mark Okraku Mantey, one of Ghana’s open-minded and able confronter has once again shared his views concerning New Act, Kelvyn Boy who was awarded “Unsung Artist of the Year” VGMA 2018. Kelvyn Boy having released a couple of singles that are still being aired, seem to not have won Mark yet with his music.
The young artist who was previously on Tour with Dance Hall Artist Stonebwoy, also assisted him on the tour with a few songs they have which was a good thing. Although the Coffee hit maker is very $exy and the girls are crazy about him, it looks as though he has to revise what kind of music he is doing,
A critic such as Mark Okraku Mantey has been in the Industry for long, definitely must have had countless reasons to voice this out publicly. TH Afropop/Afrobeat artist, we hope, finds a “Rhythmic Identity” before it’s too late.
Note: A Rhythmic Identity is basically a similar tune/rhythm to identify an artist with regardless of the numerous songs they have.
