The king of melodies, Kweku Flick, RuffTown Record star and self acclaimed queen of Ghana music, Wendy Shay and ‘Sore’ hit-maker have been named as part of the performer for this year’s Afrobash 2022.

Meanwhile; Renowned Ghanaian-US based act, Achipalago scored an award for the Best Music Act GH/USA at the 2022 Ghana Entertainment Awards USA.
The 4th Ghana Entertainment Awards USA was held on Friday night, July 8 into the early hours of Saturday, July 9, 2022. The event marks its return from a two-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ghana Entertainment Awards USA is aimed at projecting the achievements of Ghanaian creatives and entertainers excelling in various crafts in and outside Ghana. The event also uses the platform to celebrate and promote Ghanaian talents.
This years edition took place at the BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center in New York. Achipalago beat JayHover, Jay Aura, Empress Afi, Vintage Papi, Nana NYC, Kwesoul and Dreamz to win the coveted prize.
