The iconic rap artiste who’s set to bless the music community with his 7th solo album has taken to his official social media page to announce the completion and release date of the first single off the upcoming studio album.

M.I Abaga, now known as The Guy in a post via his verified Twitter page on Thursday, July 21 disclosed that, the self titled upcoming song, ‘The Guy’ would be released on Friday, July 22nd, 2022 on all major music streaming platforms. See post below.
The highly rated and multiple award-winning rap artiste recently changed his stage name from MI Abaga to ‘The Guy’ as a build-up to his self-titled forthcoming studio album ’The Guy’. He also disclosed in a tweet that, the album would be published on August 19, 2022. “Prepare to meet The Guy. August 19th, 2022”,
‘The Guy’ album is M.I’s 7th solo album and it has been touted to be his best album yet. MI Abaga is undoubtedly one of Nigeria’s most accomplished and significant musician with his notable contributions to hip hop genre.
