Andrew Ogabor, a 34-year-old man has reportedly been arrested and dragged to the Yaba Magistrate Court in Lagos for allegedly drugging a young lady, raping her and posting her nakedness on social media.

According to reports, Andrew was said to have lured his victim into an apartment Bariga area of Lagos, laced her drink with drugs, had sexual relations with her without her consent and also filmed her nakedness and posted it on social media.
Further reports stated that the defendant threatened to kill the victim after she confronted him about the incident. He was then reported to the police and he was apprehended.
His brother, Bernard Ogabor who was reported to have obstructed the police after they went to arrest Andrew was also arrested in the process.
Upon interrogation, it was discovered that Andrew filmed the victim’s nakedness and posted the photos and videos on social media just to humiliate her.
He was foun culpable and subsequently dragged to the court for prosecution while his brother was also charged for the obstruction of justice after the police went to arrest the defendant.
They were later granted bail by presiding magistrate, Mrs. L.Y Balogun after they pleaded not guilty to the charges leveled against them. They were remanded at the correctional center while their bails are being processed.
