A Nigerian man has made a controversial statement that has cause a debate on social media.
The young man identified as Gentle Smile on Facebook stated that for a married man to wash dishes, it means he is being controlled by his wife.

A lot of people, especially the ladies disagree with this statement has they ‘chewed’ him with the comments.

The post the man made reads;
“For a married man to wash plate for his wife, just know that his wife is controlling him simple.”
In other news, Nigerian author, Reno Omokri has taken to social media to pen down an inspiring post to social media users.
According to him, people shouldn’t wait until their breath is taken by death before realising that life is breathtaking.
He advised that they should pause, forgive themselves, travel, laugh as well as do silly things and shouldn’t see life as one ocean.
The post he made reads;
