Award-winning Ghanaian musician, Eugene Kwame Marfo, widely known as Kuami Eugene has revealed that he has been advised by his grandmother to stick to his decision irrespective of what the masses will tell him to do.

In an interview on Okay FM’s Ekwansodwodwo segment with Abeiku Santana, Kuami Eugene revealed that his grandmother who is close to her 100s has advised him on how to manage his life and music career after he gained fame in the country.
He stated that after he rose to prominence with his first hit song “Angela”, people started giving his grandmother opinions on how to advise him to manage his talent and money.
However, his grandmother called him to advise him on how to manage his life, telling him to stick to his decision no matter what happens instead of listening to what others will say about him.
He said that his grandmother said that he would realize that every decision he made in life could have been better if he lived within his means instead of listening to other people’s opinions.
In other news, Ghanaian rapper, Denning Edem Hotor, widely known as Edem has recounted some of the good memories he shared with his colleague Sarkodie before he called him out on Twitter.
Speaking in an interview with Zionfelix on the Uncut show, Edem stated that Sarkodie has been a brother from the scratch of his music career and would always be his brother no matter what happens between them.
He recounted that Sarkodie has made some sacrifices for him in the past and he has also made some sacrifices for him because they were both nurtured from the same label and the same producer, Hammer.
Edem recounted how Sarkodie came through to perform at his father-in-law’s birthday party years back even though he was suffering from malaria. He said that Sarkodie arrived at the party shivering in the car but he still managed to perform at the party just so as not to disappoint his brother.
