A magistrate court in Lagos has dismissed the car theft charge filed against popular Nigerian musician, Naira Marley.
The case was filed by the police against Naira Marley, some weeks ago, however, it has reportedly been dismissed.
Per reports, Tajudeen Elias who was the chief magistrate dismissed the charge filed against the popular musician and his two brothers and their cousin.
These charges were dismissed after the judge received a settlement agreement between the complainant Adelekan Ademola and Naira Marley and the other defendants.
The magistrate dismissed all the four-counts charge which includes conspiracy, stealing, assault and obstructing the police from arresting the controversial musician.
In other news, Naira Marley is also currently being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
