Speaking in an interview on the Daybreak Hitz morning segment on Hitz FM, Patoranking stated that Nigerians are extremists when it comes to approaching issues that matters to them.

He said that whenever Nigerians decide to move on a particular project or rally behind someone, they move together to rally behind that person or the particular.

“Nigerians are extremists when we decide to move, we move together“, he said.

In the same interview, Patoranking also revealed that Ghanaian musicians have not lost their grip as proclaimed by many music lovers and personalities due to the dominance of the Nigerian music industry.

He said that Ghanaian musicians only failed in capitalizing on the fame and prowess they had way back in the days before the Nigerian music took over. This is to say that the Ghanaian music industry failed at utilizing the fame they had during their reigning days and this is probably a reason behind their constant failure to breakthrough the music scene globally.

“I don’t think any grip was lost by Ghanaian artists. Perhaps they didn’t capitalize on how big they were back then“, he said.
