Actor Freddie Leonard has stated that no one should push people to go get their Permanent Voters Card PVC in order to vote for the candidates of their choice ahead of the 2023 general election.

Leonard wondered what happened to the votes cast in the elections seven and three years ago in a tweet posted on his account.

He penned

”Did I Just Hear Get Your PVC AGAIN? Please What happened to the Ones we Got 7 Yrs ago And Very recently..3 Years Ago? Chai. My Darling Naija. May We Open Our Eyes, Mind & Sense to See What the Problem is, And Call it what it is.. Pls No Brainwashed Person Should preach PVC to Me!”

The 2023 General election is drawing near and many Presidential aspirants have come forward to declare their intent of becoming the next President of Nigeria.

In case you have no idea, Khadijah Okunnu-Lamidi, the daughter of Femi Okunnu, SAN, the former Federal Works Commissioner, has proclaimed her intention to run for President of Nigeria in 2023.

Khadijah is a well-known entrepreneur and proponent of youth development. Slice Media Solutions is her company, and she is the founder and CEO.

She stated that her passion to restore optimism and make Nigeria work for all Nigerians motivates her to run for president.

She said: “I believe in the possibilities Nigeria holds; that is why I have taken this first step, not because there are no fears, but the will to bring about the Nigeria we all wish, hope and believe we can make a reality together.”
