Nollywood actress Ruth Kadiri has slammed the movie industry in Asaba for their attempts to stifle the growth of upcoming actors who feel that they are a threat to their progress.

She took to social media to call out some industry players in Asaba whose only agenda includes pulling people down and not wanting to see progress in the lives of the budding talents.
She compared the industry to a mother who does not want to see her children progress and become successful on their own.
