Nollywood Sold The Narrative Of Women Being Absolute Liabilities

A Nigerian writer known as Ogheney has boldly submitted that Nollywood sold the narrative of partners being absolute liabilities.

According to him, he pointed out that in Nollywood movies for instance, once a man starts dating a lady, the next thing they show their audience is the lady taken out on a shopping spree as if the lady was nak3d when he met her.

Sighted on his Twitter page, he furthered that the next thing is the man buying a car and provisions for the lady’s parents as gift

Ogheney statement has generated reactions from social media users and most of them agreed with him.
