Buzzing Nigerian singer and songwriter, Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, widely known as Oxlade is having a good run with his recent output, “Ku Lo Sa”.
On Friday, June 10, 2022, the young sensational entertainer, recording and performing artiste served his listeners and the entire music community with a beautifully crafted work captioned; “Ku Lo Sa”.
‘Ku Lo Sa’ is a Yoruba word which translates to ‘closer’ in the English language. Oxlade premiered the masterpiece on ‘Colors Show’ and his performance was uploaded on the COLORS official YouTube channel.

“Ku Lo Sa” which happens to be Oxlade’s third 2022 project was released after the huge success of previous tune, “Want You”. Well, barely a month after ‘Ku Lo Sa’ rele ase, the song has reached a new feat by going number in East Africa.
“Ku Lo Sa” today, Friday July 29, 2022 occupies the number one spot on Apple Music Top 100 Music Chart in Uganda. See screenshot below.
Meanwhile: Nigerian recording artiste, Okikiola Habeeb, widely known as Portable has apologized to organizers of the headies award after being disqualified as a nominee for the 2022 headies award.
Portable, who rose to the limelight with the release of his song, ‘Zazuu’ has constantly been in the news since then, majority on controversial grounds. You would recall that, on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, organizers of the Headies Awards announced the disqualification of Portable from the 2022 awards.
The controversial musician and entertainer, Portable was disqualified as a nominee at the Headies on grounds of his negative attention and violent nature which get’s almost everyone worried for his sanity specifically his alleged affiliation with the notorious criminal group ‘1 million boys.
Earlier, the controversial singer reacted saying he doesn’t regret his actions’. Well, in a new video that has emerged on social media, Portable was seen apologizing to organizers and pleaded for the disqualification to be retracted. He also urged his fans to keep voting. Watch video below.
