Operatives of the South African Police Service have launched a manhunt for suspects who allegedly perpetrated the killing of three persons.

This was revealed in a recent statement by the service and per the statement, the three deceased persons where murdered in separate incidents.

GQEBERHA – Police in Nelson Mandela Bay are on the hunt for murder suspect/s after two men were found murdered in separate incidents this weekend.

In the first incident, early on Saturday morning, 15 May 2021, Walmer police found the body of male lying in Qongqotwane Street in  Walmer location. A second person (age unknown) was also allegedly shot in the same incident and was taken to hospital prior to police arrival.  The deceased was identified as Nkosekhaya Lutweyi (age unknown).

In the second incident, SAPS Bethelsdorp members responded to a complaint in the Qunu area and whilst looking for the address, they found the body of a 37-year-old male lying on the gravel road. He sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his head. He was identified as Luzuko Libala residing in the same area. 

In both incidents, the suspects, motive and circumstances surrounding the murders are yet to be establish through ongoing investigation.
