Reactions After SARS Asked For R36 Million From Hamilton Ndlovu

Joburg businessman Hamilton Ndlovu who trended during the pandemic for buying 5 luxury cars during the pandemic, is in trouble after SARS found out he was not paying his taxes.

Posting his 5 luxurious cars on social media is now proving to be the worst decision Hamilton has ever made. The stunt has now caught the attention of SARS who are demanding R36 million from the businessman for defaulting taxes.

A Pretoria high court has confirmed that some of his assets will be frozen while the others will be seized until he is done with the payment.

Moneys were paid to the companies between March and April as follows:
Hamilton Holdings – R7,2m
Abomphetha – R17,4m
Feliham – R7,2m
Mok Plus One – R17,8m

Because of his tax delinquency over the years, SARS believed that Hamilton had no plans to pay his share of tax.
